The club meets weekly on Tuesday nights roughly from 6:30 to 9:00. During our layout construction phase, we are also meeting on other days as needed. Access may be arranged at other times through prior arrangement with a club officer.

Our Model Railroad Show and Sale is held every February, usually on the last Sunday of the month. Since 2000, we’ve built a complete starter layout, and raffled it off immediately after the show. This past year's layout was donated to the Webster/Dudley Boys & Girls club by the winner, who happened to be a club member. Tickets for this year's raffle layout can be purchased at the show or from any club member.

We also hold two open houses every year. One coincides with the annual Show and Sale, while the other is typically toward the end of the year. We always announce these events here on the site, so come back and check!
